Pincushion Patterns

You can find these patterns at my Etsy store. If you want to buy my patterns at Ebay but I don't have them up please contact me and I'll put up a listing. You can also see larger pictures at the store. Dollmaker's Journey also sells them. The patterns are $8.00 each.

This is Buttons and he's made from felt. That makes him pretty easy to sew though some hand sewing is required. The pincushion is attached to a plastic icing container that I covered in paper.

The elephant is Pansy and she has 2 versions of clothing and pincushions. The body is the same and is sewn using felt. This time I used large mouth mason jars for the containers that I decorated with stickers.

This frog is Frederick and he sits on an old ball of crochet cotton. He's 5 1/2" tall and the ball is 4". Of course you can attach him to whatever you want or to nothing at all. Since his hat is also stuffed you can just put pins there if you'd feel bad about putting them in him.

You have 2 choices of what to put this snowman on. The blue version is on an empty  upcycled cardboard spool, the kind wide ribbon comes on. The aqua snowman is on a plastic snow globe purchased at a dollar type store. Full directions with plenty of pictures are in the pattern.

Hazel and Maddy are perfect Halloween decor not just as pincushions. Of course you can always dress them however you like for any time of the year. Switch out the hats for pretty ribbons. Hazel, the gray cat, is sewn to an upside down pillar candle holder and Maddy, the black cat, is sewn to a plastic jar. Maddy has a felt bat named Jimmy attached to her pumpkin while Hazel has a pet spider named Timmy.
